The design and functions of this oven are great, in theory, but the workmanship is poor. It lasted four months, and the pizza stone was flimsy and lasted only 2.
I give up on this brand, completely.

Convection Oven Disappointment

I purchased this convection oven and was really excited about it. However, upon baking a pie found that it took 15 minutes longer than in my conventional oven. Making toast also took a long time and came out more of the consistency of croutons. I tried baking some boneless chicken breasts at the normal amount of time that I would use in my regular oven and it still wasn't done (raw inside) and ended up having to put the chicken in the microwave to finish it up.
Have to say I'm really disappointed and returned this item to the store.

I bought this unit 9 months ago and last night it suffered a fire behind the electrical panel. This was not some kind of food fire in the oven; this was some kind of electrical short that caused the thing to burst into flames.
I would suggest not buying.

I'm really enjoying this oven. I've used the pizza stone to reheat pizza and it worked great. Have also used it to toast. It takes a little longer than my old toaster oven (which wasn't a convection oven)and you need to turn the "toast" over to be sure you get both sides, but it's okay. If that's all you want an oven for, this wouldn't be too good. But I'm excited about actually "cooking" something in it. I like it!

I used this toaster oven at a relatives house and can't wait to purchase it. It reheated very quickly and really kept the food crispy. Would highly recommend even though I don't personally own it yet.
